Dealer Application, Account Guarantee Agreement must be filled out and returned. Must agree to adhere to MAP Pricing on all current products when listing advertisements in print or electronically. Must be willing to accept returns from customers that purchase from you, please see our return policy.
Dealer pricing will be shared once a Dealer Application and Account Guarantee Agreement have been returned completed and signed. All Dealer Pricing is strictly confidential and may not be shared outside of conducting business, publicly or privately. All pricing is FOB our dock, Flint, TX. Pricing is in US funds and does not reflect shipping or any applicable taxes.

Special Order or Custom Items must be prepaid and are ineligible for refund or return. Special Order items are marked on most items but also include any seat cover for seats no longer in production. We recommend getting your customer to prepay for all custom order items. Custom Seats cannot be cancelled once they are cut.
We currently ship UPS daily. Unless otherwise specified, orders will ship least expensive method, usually UPS Ground or UPS Surepost. If you need a product to ship 2 Day or Next Day Air, please place the order by 2:00 PM Central Time, we will let you know if the product is in stock and able to ship that day. Any damages must be reported to the carrier at time of delivery, i.e. open shrink wrap or boxes, or anything delivered without a box. All shortages must be reported with in 24 hours of receipt.
No returns are allowed without a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) and Original Invoice. No returns on products that have been installed or worn. Any Seat modified or drilled is not eligible for return. If foam head pads are installed or missing they will be deducted from any credit or refund. If returning a seat and cover for any reason, cover must be removed from the seat and bagged in order to prevent damages to cover, any cover damage will be deducted from the return. All returns must be in clean, re-sellable condition in original packaging. No returns or refunds on "special" order, Custom items, or Closeout parts. Freight on returned items must be prepaid by the customer. No returns after 30 days of receipt. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If any part, which in our opinion appears to be used or mishandled, will be ineligible for exchange or refund. Some returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Returns only accepted from purchases made from Ultra Shield Race Products. If a purchase was made from an Ultra Shield dealer, then the return must go through the dealer. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Initial orders must be pre-paid. All other orders may be paid COD, VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX or prepaid. Company checks accepted after credit approval. We do not redeposit returned checks, all returned checks will be subject to a $50.00 penalty.
Notice to Buyers
When you place an order with us, your account guarantee agreement says you will accept and pay for the order. When ordering an item with a long lead time, such as our seats, you may be subject to a restocking fee if you cancel the order. With these items you are put in line as they are ordered, if cancelled and reordered you order will be treated as a new order in the back of the line. If the product on order is changed, it will be treated as a cancellation and new order. Due to the way seats are built, we cannot give you a “place holder”, we need to know what you need to get your order inline. Seats cannot be added to a seat order, we cannot hold an older order in order to ship a newer order together. Custom Seats must be prepaid, once the seat is inline and has been cut out, it may not be cancelled.
